Effective Date: September 23, 2025

By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise obtaining this digital product (“the model” or “the asset”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license.

1. General Conditions

a. This product is a digital good. All sales are final and non-refundable.

b. The license granted is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, leak, trade, resell, redistribute, or otherwise distribute the model or its assets.

c. Redistribution of any textures, edits, or components outside of these terms is strictly prohibited.

d. Price splitting, shared purchasing, or uploading to accounts other than your own is not permitted.

e. You may not claim authorship or ownership of the model, its assets, or derivative works.

2. Usage Restrictions

a. The model may only be uploaded as private within VRChat. Public uploads are not permitted.

b. Unless otherwise specified, the model is intended for use within VRChat only. Uploading to other platforms is prohibited without explicit permission.

c. You may not use the model for violent, self-harm-related, hateful, or otherwise controversial content.

d. Redistribution, asset extraction, or “asset farming” is prohibited. If you wish to use individual assets, you must purchase them directly from their original creators.

e. Edits made by me (textures, matcaps, mesh edits, etc.) may not be reused or applied to other models, even if you own the original source asset.

d. Using any of the images included for my models or my models themselves to generate AI products of any kind is prohibited.

3. Modifications

a. Edits are permitted provided they do not fundamentally alter the model beyond recognition. (At least 50% of the settings of the original model must remain on the model).

b. Acceptable edits include mesh swaps (e.g., head, hair), clothing additions, or similar changes, provided they do not result in the creation of a standalone new model.

c. I am not responsible for issues caused by customer-made edits. By editing the model, you acknowledge the technical capability to resolve resulting issues.

d. If people ask where the model came from after editing you must state that you did an edit/alteration when referring.

4. Attribution and Credit

a. Appropriate credit must be given when using the model on social platforms, in streams, or in commissions.

b. Credit should include my shop name “AliixandreOG” and a link to the original store or listing page.

c. You must also comply with the terms of service of any third-party assets included in the model.

5. Supported Platforms and Uses

a. The model may be used on VRChat. Unless otherwise noted, uploading to other VR social platforms (Helios, NeosVR, etc.) is not permitted.

b. Specific assets designated for wider use may be used across VR social platforms, subject to these terms.

c. Streaming use is permitted, provided proper credit is given to me.

6. License Validity

a. Your license is only valid if accurate credentials are provided at checkout.

b. If incorrect information is entered, you must contact me within 24 hours. Otherwise, your license may be invalidated.

7. Updates and Support

a. I am not responsible for bugs, issues, or incompatibilities caused by platform or game updates.

b. At my discretion, I may release updates or fixes, but ongoing maintenance is not guaranteed.

c. I am not responsible for customer-made edits or issues caused by them. Support may be offered through my community Discord server.

8. Enforcement and Legal Action

a. Any violation of these terms of service may result in the immediate revocation of your license, loss of access to purchased files, and a permanent ban from making future purchases.

b. I reserve the right to pursue legal action in the event of a breach of these terms.

c. In the event that litigation becomes necessary, you agree that legal proceedings will take place in the State of Texas, United States, and that you, as the buyer, are responsible for traveling to Texas for court.

9. Governing Law

a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
